In conjunction with Lou's 'Moles' in Wongan Hills, Lou's Colbo family are fundraising to help find a cure for melanoma.

Did you know that Melanoma kills more young Australians (20-34 year olds) than any other single cancer?

Melanoma Institute Australia is a non-profit organisation hugely reliant upon community funding and support. Without individual donors they would not be able to continue the groundbreaking research, high standard of treatment, and life saving education that they offer.

The inspiration behind this event is the beautiful, unstoppable, strong and brave Lucinda Ryan.  Lou is currently receiving treatment for Stage 4 melanoma and her story is here.

We are hosting the Lap-A-Thon at the Colbinabbin Recreation Reserve on Saturday March 11th 2017.  Click here to register - just $25 for adults, $10 for secondary school & $5 for primary school aged kids.

You are invited to participate as an individual or in a team, to walk or run the number of laps that you set yourself.  You would be seeking sponsorship form your family, friends, neighbours, teachers, colleagues and anyone who crosses your path to raise funds for the Melanoma Institute Australia.  This day will be a fun filled day with other fundraising activities - details of which will be soon posted on our Facebook page.
